What is Air Slide Fabric?
HEADING adopts advanced technology to develop a new type of air-sliding cloth (air-sliding canvas). Air sliding cloth is used for pneumatic conveying of fine dry products such as cement and other raw materials. Airslide fabric is a solid fabric for air sliding.
250MM polyester air slide fabric is suitable for pneumatic conveying of cement, alumina and other powder materials. It is also suitable for pneumatic conveying devices for other powdery and granular materials. The slide belt is located in the middle of the slide. The powder material will enter the chute above the air conveyor belt. The material will flow to the lower side of the chute along the Airslide belt with the pneumatic blower. The product is unfolded between the material and the air chamber, the air chamber is on the bottom, and the material is on the top. Under the action of air pressure, the product passes through the product to make the material fluidized, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying.
Our air slide cloth is named as fluidized cloth, inflatable cushion, inflatable cloth, breathable cloth, air slide canvas, air slide belt cloth and so on.
Polyester air slide fabric:
According to customer requirements, we can provide airflow fabrics made of different raw materials, with different levels of breathability and thickness, depending on the application.
Common HEADING specifications: ASF250mm, ASF270mm, ASF480mm, ASF580mm; air sliding fabrics with other specifications of 10mm-1600mm can be produced at any time according to user needs. Special specifications above 1600mm need to be agreed in advance.

With a special and controllable air permeability, air slide fabric can help to improve the convey efficiency and also guarantee the mixed powders uniformity.
When powder transfering, the air slide fabric combined with pressed air in flume make the dry powder become to fluid particles, so the equipment won't be damaged from abrasion, can reduce many repair works. Further more, for the particles be transferred in air tight flume, they won't lost when transferred, it can help to save the cost, and won't pollute the environment.
